Program Description
The Management Minor is open to all undergraduate students. Students gain an understanding of the organizational processes of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling activities that result in the achievement of a common goal.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this program will be able to:
- Develop an understanding and knowledge of the principles and theories of management.
- Understand characteristics of leaders who effectively influence, inspire and motivate individuals and groups to achieve results.
- Recognize issues related to employee behaviors and management best practices.
